Watch: Arkansas launches two homers in the same inning to take lead vs. Ole Miss

No. 1 Arkansas' offense hasn't been up to snuff this year, despite the fact that the Hogs are the best team in the country with an 8-1 mark in conference play.

Arkansas only netted one run in the first five innings of Thursday's contest against Ole Miss, but the bats came alive in the sixth inning.

After Riley Maddox walked Peyton Stovall and Ben McLaughlin, Wehiwa Aloy gave Arkansas a two-run lead with a three-run homer that shook Baum-Walker Stadium.

Aloy's three-run blast might've given Arkansas the lead, but Jared Sprague-Lott decided to extend its sixth-inning advantage with a moonshot of his own that clanged off the foul pole in left field.

After their bats were silent for much of the game, the Razorbacks picked up the slack offensively and asserted themselves against an Ole Miss team they should at least take the series from.

Arkansas had a 5-2 lead as the game went into the top of the seventh inning. Pitcher Hagen Smith was in line for the win after yet another impressive outing, only giving up two runs while striking out 11 batters.
